I was looking for an ergonomic chair for my apartment, and within an hour of my first inquiry, Gavin gave me a list matching my size/budget, and set up a showroom visit for the following workday. Gavin cleaned and set up the chairs in advance, helped me test and compare them, then went out of his way to drive the chair to my apartment afterward.
